Welcome to the Telecompaper Mobile MVNO/SP List. This is a fairly comprehensive listing of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) and mobile SPs in the world today, as well as relevant news. Where possible, the defunct or purchased entities are listed as well. MVNEs are listed by country after MVNO/SPs. See below for general MVNEs, a news archive, some MVNO resources, etc.

The company, started in 2000, is active in Wallonia and Brussels and offers a modular telecom offering for SMEs.
French hypermarkets group Carrefour launched its MVNO service, Carrefour Mobile, using the Orange France network, on 8 November 2006. The retailer offers the service at its 218 superstores across the country. In Nov 15 stopped completely in France. Cust transferred to Sosh and Mobicarte. Was also active in Greece but has stopped there too. Still active in Belgium and Taiwan. In italy it is active under the name of Uno Mobile

The company has set up MVNOs in the following countries: UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain, Italy and recently US (March 2013) and Austria (November 2013), Tunisia (2015) and Romania (2015). Macedonia followed in 2016, and Lycamobile launched in Ukraine in July 2017. South Africa followed in 2019 and Uganda in 2020 It ceased its operations in Hong Kong in April 2018

MVNO active in Belgium and Poland, was also active in Netherlands but exited the market in November 2015. In Belgium bought by Proximus in Dec 2020, made definitive in June 2021. Then became a second brand and customers moved to Proximus network.

In January 2019 Tellink switched back to the network of Base (Telenet), after having been with Orange for eight years
Belgian cable operator Voo has made its long-awaited entrance on the mobile market in juli 2013.
