The virtual operator was established based on a joint project of several companies active in the fields of telecommunications, customer care and HR. Uses Quadruple as MVNE.

RWE Mobile renamed to Innogy Mobil
Since the end of June 2013, the operator Komutel started offering mobile services, based on cooperation with the MVNO 99mobile.

Lama Mobile belongs to the Czech investment group Lama Energy Group. Lama Mobile is expected to become active on the market in the fourth quarter of 2013.

It is the successor company to Air Telecom, which operated under the brand Ufon, and operates a CDMA network in the band 420 MHz. Nordic Telecom also has its own networks in 3.7 GHz band. Through T-Mobile and O2's GSM partner networks, Nordic Telecom also operates as a full-featured virtual mobile operator offering mobile voice and data services. Through the CETIN access network it offers a fixed xDSL internet connection
DH Telecom, a Czech MVNA company providing MVNO opportunities on the network of Vodafone Czech Republic, started pre-registration for its own retail MVNO service OpenCall. The new service is planned to launch in the first week of September 2013. OpenCall is a prepaid GSM service, including low-cost national and international calls.
Vodafone Czech Republic has brought out its own MVNO under the brand name Oskarta.
In the second half of June 2013, BEI Multimedia Interactive launched a MVNO under the brand Relax Mobil, operating via GTS as network enabler (MVNE).

From mid-July 2013 the company Starnet Telekomunikace started providing services as MVNO under the brand StarTEL.
Since 1 July 2013 the company Voocall offers services as MVNO on the GTS network (MVNE). aug 2019: seems to only offer mobile callback and mobile voip now
