Welcome to the Telecompaper Mobile MVNO/SP List. This is a fairly comprehensive listing of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) and mobile SPs in the world today, as well as relevant news. Where possible, the defunct or purchased entities are listed as well. MVNEs are listed by country after MVNO/SPs. See below for general MVNEs, a news archive, some MVNO resources, etc.

The Euronet company is an independent provider of internet, television and telephony services in Białystok and the surrounding area. Offers mobile broadband only.
Belongs to Polish tabloid Fakt, which in turn belongs to Axel Springer, already active with MVNOs in Germany
In Poland Fonia belongs to Fonia Telekom and offers free mobile services in exchange for watching ads, ordering Sim requires a prepayment.

Former TV cable operator Telia-Multicom. MVNO services on Bite Latvia network. Prepaid cards. Bundled triple/quad-play to residential customers. Also active in Poland, previously as Tele25, rebranded in 2015.
Belongs to SGT, a provider of wholesale IPTV services, serving around 250 ISPs

Started as ISP in 2001, added digital TV in 2014. Offers mobile since August 2018
Lycamobile offers prepaid SIM cards with reduced international calling rates, focusing on users who normally use calling cards to phone abroad. The company has set up MVNOs in the following countries: UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain, Italy and recently US (March 2013) and Austria (November 2013), Tunisia (2015) and Romania (2015). Macedonia followed in 2016, and Lycamobile launched in Ukraine in July 2017. South Africa followed in 2019 and Uganda in 2020 It ceased its operations in Hong Kong in April 2018
Metroport and Telogic collaboration
MVNO active in Belgium and Poland, was also active in Netherlands but exited the market in November 2015. In Belgium bought by Proximus in Dec 2020, made definitive in June 2021. Then became a second brand and customers moved to Proximus network.
Belongs to ISP Internet Union, based in Wroclaw. Mobile only available to fixed customers
Triple play operator. Polish mobile operator Polkomtel and cable company Multimedia Polska have signed an agreement for wholesale access to the Plus mobile network. Multimedia Polska launched commercial voice services in January 2014.

Energy drink manufacturer who launched MVNO services in Hungary, South Africa, Austria, Belgium, Poland and Australia. Red Bull Mobile stopped services in Hungary and Australia. Truphone focuses on its global network through its own network infrastructure (points of presence include: London, New York, Amsterdam, Sydney, California and Hong Kong) and partnerships with other operators. It offers an international multi-identity Sim which seamlessly switches to operate as a local Sim.
Virgin Mobile is a wireless communications brand used by eight independent brand licensees worldwide. Virgin Mobile branded wireless communications services are available in Colombia, the United Kingdom, Ireland (Virgin Media Ireland), Canada, Chile, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Poland, South Africa, and México. Virgin Mobile branded services used to be offered in Australia, Singapore, India, Qatar and the United States.
