Welcome to the Telecompaper Mobile MVNO/SP List. This is a fairly comprehensive listing of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) and mobile SPs in the world today, as well as relevant news. Where possible, the defunct or purchased entities are listed as well. MVNEs are listed by country after MVNO/SPs. See below for general MVNEs, a news archive, some MVNO resources, etc.

Breitband.ch is the consumer brand by Swiss ICT service provider Improware. It launched mobile services in 2019 to complement its existing portfolio of broadband, television and fixed telephony services.
Launched as cooperation between supermarket chain Coop en Swisscom, successor of CoopMobile, a MVNO on the network of Salt.
Launched by Salt as second brand in May 2020
Focus on providing mobile data services for trackers and sensors with low speeds (IoT), smartphones/tablets with speeds up 10 Mbps and for routers/hotspots with speeds up to 300Mbps.
Launched by Swiss electronics retailer Digitec offering 1 Sim-only tariff. Is white label customer of Swiss MVNO Digital Republic.
Launched by Telecom Liechtenstein, focus on Switzerland-based business customers
The Lebara Group is a telecommunications company providing services in many European countries.
Swiss MVNO launched by regional fixed network operator Leucom to complement its portfolio of broadband, television en fixed telephony services.
Launched by discount supermarket Lidl on the network of Vodafone Germany. Replaces Lidl's branded reseller service Lidl Mobile via Telefonica's discount brand Fonic. Launched in Austria and Switzerland in June 2019.
Lycamobile offers prepaid SIM cards with reduced international calling rates, focusing on users who normally use calling cards to phone abroad. The company has set up MVNOs in the following countries: UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain, Italy and recently US (March 2013) and Austria (November 2013), Tunisia (2015) and Romania (2015). Macedonia followed in 2016, and Lycamobile launched in Ukraine in July 2017. South Africa followed in 2019 and Uganda in 2020 It ceased its operations in Hong Kong in April 2018
Launched by Swiss supermarket Migros (2005) as a pre-paid mobile reseller for its M-Budget product line. First focusing on voice and SMS, data and postpaid services were added since then. Followed by the launch of triple play services in 2011 and quadplay services in 2013.
Belongs to Telekom Serbia group. Also offers MTel TV services
Swiss MVNO launched by regional fixed service provider Net+ to complement its existing portfolio of broadband, television and fixed telephony services.
DSL/fixed telephony service provider Primacall also offers mobile flatrates to its DSL/telephony customers in Germany and Switzerland. Owned by Primaholding, which also operates Primamobile and Primstrom.
Quickline Mobil is offered by Swiss cable association Quickline as add on for existing cable and fibre network customers.
Swiss MVNO launched by Swiss regional fibre network operator SAK to complement its existing broadband, television and fixed telephony services.
TalkTalk ceased activities in UK in January 2018. Customers were encouraged to switch to O2. In Switzerland, the TalkTalk brand is used by Swiss mobile retailer Mobilezone for providing fixed telephony, broadband and mobile services.
